Festivals and info and all that other stuff

Greetings!

So far as it stands there are 31 slots available unless confirmation of a 3rd stage is made, I am still looking for bands so please contact me ASAP! I have not been able to reply to everyones message, but when you e-mail me, I keep your message. As for tickets; there will be a 150$ deposit on 10 tickets @ 15$ per ticket minimum to enter the line-up, tickets will be 20$ @ the door any bands wishing to deposit more are encouraged to. Band's ticket sales will be used to bid on time slots on Tuesday, June 21st. There will be available camping arrangements the night before and the night of fest. Please contact me with any questions.
Ok, meeting dates:

April 6th - This meeting will be for those that were intrested in voluteering help, or anyone else wanting to take notes and put in their 2 cents.

April 20th - I will be confirming all but a handful of slots for the Stone & Steel Festival, anyone seriously intrested in playing should attend. 4:20 Any bands that are intrested in the 2nd Annual Sayonara Summer Festival are welcome as well.

April 27th - I will be finalizing the line-up pending a 3rd stage addition Stone & Steel.

May 11th - I will be distributing tickets so please have your deposits ready.

June 21st - This meeting will finalize time slots

June 25th - This year's 1st Annual Stone & Steel Festival
