Jerry Springer asked a pretty interesting question on his radio show last night about what's going to happen real estate-wise in the aftermath of the storm. Are there going to be homes for NO low income residents or are developers going to swoop in and just start building condos and high rises? If NO is anything like Boston I bet lots of people are going to be homeless for a very long time.
