From what I have heard, this guy broke his killer's window with a machete, so the killer probably did it in self defense.

apparently the FSU decided to crash the show and beat on kids with hammers and threaten people with machetes.

the story is that the kid who killed him was running away, got in his car, Darrin smashed out the window with a machete. So the kid show him, apparently he had a license.

The article I read, which I can't find, said that the killer isn't even being considered as a suspect, but as an investigative lead.
