Thanks, folks, some good ideas there. I'll have to spend some time with it before practice trying to tweak the sound, and an eq pedal sounds like a good invesment. A new amp is so out of the question it's not even funny (and besides, I'm trying to save up for an SVT in the future), but I'll try the 5150 and see if it's closer to what I'm going for.
