Hahahahaha, that's an awful lot to go through to have your privacy violated and rights trampled. Explosive diahrea and $50 to pass an invasive pointless test, seriously why bother?

Why? Because if I don't get this job, I'll have no income to support myself and will have to move back in with my parents. I'd say that's motivation enough.
