either way...if the interface can be run on a decent computer and not need 4 GHZ and 3 gigs of RAM, thats enough already. if i bought this it would be for live basement/ demo recordings

but either way, it's not hard to download and crack Sonar.

It's running really well on my 1 gig, 2.1 AMD dual core setup that only cost me 350 bucks, so you don't need crazy power.
