The Maryland deathfest had a good turn out for it's first year and plenty of great bands played like Soils Of Fate, Devourment, and Mortal Decay who's pit mind you was way more insane than any hxc dancing, and everyone flooded to the stage when they got on. The problem with death metal is that there are never any good tours that come around this area and the Mass scene in particular is scarce on (brutal) death nowadays.
