I was summoned back to RI to deal with a burst pipe in my house. I have a multifamily with tenants. 2 guys live in the basement apt. I thawed all the pipes in my basement earlier in the afternoon and forgot about the one that runs up the back stair way in my house. It was a mess. I was vacuuming up water in the basement while Shroud was rocking out. Being a landlord can suck ass at times.
