I live in a three bedroom ranch, and the basement is fucking huge, very clean, dry, secure and cheap! Two Access points through the house or through a bulkhead to get your gear in. There is plenty of light down there and outlets. I am willing to throw some chairs down there and a couch as well. I only have a few boxes tucked in a corner and my washer and dryer down there.
