I just watched that video and it really seems weird to me.
I've picked dozens of small dogs, puppies, and cats up by the "scruff", which is where he's got him.
The animal literally goes totally limp when you do, even an angry dog or a dog that was just going berzerk.
When you put them down, they act as if nothing happened, it's a fucking crazy phenomenon.
