when i brew it is usually on a weekend.
um, i'm trying to think....i get paid bi-weekly, and all my money this check is (pretty much) already spent.

so maybe the day after my next payday (saturday sep. 20)

i'll try and get my buddy Joe to come too, he's the dude that taught me about brewing.

tell ya what....we will each spend fifteen to twenty bucks....and we'll make an experimental beer.
buy whatever you want, yeast strain, grains, adjuncts, extracts....
anything but hops (i have so many.....my friend who lives in the woods gave me like seven ounces of homegrown hops, and i have a 1 ounce vacuum sealed packet of challenger pellets)

maybe ten gallons (bring your own bucket) split into two fermenting buckets.
