Not the point.
The next pres. will most likely get to put 1 or 2 new justices on the Supreme Court. When the next challenge to Roe v. Wade comes along (and it will, I don't care what Roberts said. It will come along), if it's a court with McCain appointees, start saying hello to back alley coat hanger abortions.
And abortion is just the tip of the iceberg. With all this Patriot Act bullshit excuse to infringe on our rights, tap our phones, detain people without charges etc etc a right wing court scares the shit out of me. Nothing will have a longer lasting effect on civil liberties than who the next Supreme Court justices are.
