Well, look at it this way: strippers and porn actors (male and female) don't feel as though they're demeaning themselves, moreso that they are usually very proud of their bodies, love to show it off, and definitely love to have sex. Many feel that its an excellent profession because they're doing something that they really enjoy and also get paid for it.

If they felt they weren't demeaning themselves, they certainly wouldn't enjoy it, and definitely wouldn't stay in the business for very long. Its basically the same for anyone else, except that they're getting off at work while the rest of us have to hide it (you know, in janitor's closets, in your office, in the bathroom, etc...).
