height/weight alone = shitty science
by BMI alone, I should be 175 pounds or under to avoid being overweight. this would require, at the bare minimum, surgery. like, lopping shit off.
130 pounds would be acceptable, just at the low end of the "healthy" scale, just over the "underweight" zone. this is what I weighed at 18 when I had an apartment and was going to school, subsisting on school lunch and stolen gas station food (i.e., slowly starving). SET SAIL FOR SCIENCE FAIL.
