A lesson for you: buy the following book, Choosing Death, the improbable history of Death Metal and Grindcore. Buy the following albums: Napalm Death: Scum, Carcass: necroticism, Angel Corpse: Exterminate, Morbid Angel: Covenant, Immolation: Dawn of Possession, Hyporcisy: Penetralia. There is a million more than this, but these are some of the basics to get you started. If you can't stomach this shit...you should quit listening to metal.
