I called them (the bank told me to try) and got a recorded menu. On the very first page of the menu, option #2 is "If you've never heard of dream hosting, but have received a charge on your billing statement, press 2 for a full refund." Yeah, this has never happened before, eh? Funniest part is when you press 2, it directs you to the website and tells you to enter your full name and half of your card number (not just the last 4) to get a refund. Yeah, I'll just give my card out randomly like that. Looks like I'm gonna get screwed here.
