stretch your ham strings this will release your back , your ham strings get so tight they pull down your back throwing off your whole body ....
im telling ya try just sitting on the floor straight legged and touch your toes or untill you can ,and do it standing up and you should feel much better ..

this is true. after a 36 hour car ride sitting bitch from montreal to winnipeg (in an impala), then headbanging and later crashing on a couch with a soft middle cushion-i couldn't walk right for 3 days. so much pain in my body, never been pissed like that before, every step was a shooting pain from my forehead to my toes-i made the mistake of casting myself from sexcrement in a heated phone call back home. i soon learned how to stretch before i play and have never felt better. it all starts with the spine. lay on your back bring your right knee up to your chest, then rotate your leg so your right heel will line up with your left knee-then pull your left leg into your chest (make sure your right elbow is support your right knee), this will strech your right hind quarter down the hamstring and up your back to your neck. after a week of doing this stretch for 20 minutes a day I was finally able to walk again and headbang with no pain. SAVED MY LIFE. tommy neuraxis, tre fetus and roman necrophagist taught me the stretch and they're all drummers who swear by it.
