not at all man, you seem to forget they can marry as long as they follow the rules like the rest of us. and it just so happenes that one person has to be a male and the other a female.( well not anymore) so they do have the right to marry. + dude blacks were viewed as second class citizens back then, they couldn't even vote and shit like that. thats not a good exampole at all
