Tap each tube with the tip of a pencil and see if you can hear the tap come out through the speaker (with the amp on, clearly). That usually happens with preamp tubes, though, but try it out on all of them. Honestly, I would just get new power tubes. Worst case scenario, it's not the power tubes and you just have a backup set. It doesn't sound like your tranny blew or anything. What tubes are in there anyway?
