Just to clarify some points about the place, since it came up:

* Heat and a washer/dryer combo is included. There is also a tub with jets if that's your thing.

* There is just about 2 acres. While there is certainly some cleanup to do (and thanks so much to anyone who's ever helped with that in the past!), there is a workable fire pit, tons of space for a garden (or 10) and a ton of parking for parties and such.

* It's 5 minutes from 146, which makes it 20 minutes to Worcester and 25 to Providence. I work in Shrewsbury, right where Rt. 9 and 20 meet and it took me 35min a day to get to work.

* It's 15 minutes from 495. I could get to Cambridge/Allston area in about 50 minutes.

* There is enough space for a pretty big practice room...and this isn't only tolerated - it's encouraged.

* We've done a lot of work trying to get the drama out of the house (buh-bye Josh! :-) and right now there's a lot of wonderful people (not including me, I suck AND I live in Worcester) who are there. Since I've been living in Woo, every time I go back I see people having a great time hanging out, smiling, laughing and blasting dope music (we just listened to the Purple EP by Sam Black on vinyl while I was there last night, which was a trip). My best friend lives upstairs and there's also a couple who are professional dog walkers, and are just about the sweetest and most live and let live people you'll ever meet.

* Like Josh said, I'm pet-friendly, for the most part, providing your pet is propertly housetrained.

So if anyone has any questions about the place, hit up Josh (staples83@gmail.com) - since you'd be living in the apartment with him...but if you've got any questions about anything else (like why people do or don't live there, what actually hurts my butt, etc.), you can feel free to ask me privately at shanehall42@gmail.com or on facebook or whatever. I'm not hard to find.
