I've got 5 gallons of English Mild and 10 gallons of Pumpkin Ale on tap plus some bottles of Belgian Abbey Double that I've aged for almost a year. I'm going to likely brew a Christmas type beer this weekend. Either something like a Gingerbread Ale or a Nutmeg Porter.
On the mead front, I've got about 7 gallons of mead that's been split into oak aged vanilla mead, holiday metheglin mead, berry mead, cinnamon nutmeg mead, saffron mead, and show meads that are dry and sweet. I'm hoping to brew a Braggot (beer/mead hybrid) or Bochet (burnt mead) sometime in the next few weeks before winter really hits.
