Cause Surge(club owner) doesn't give a rat's ass how many people show us as long as you sold your tickets. My band wasn't able to sell 1 ticket for that place because no one knew where the hell it was. We played the show and sure enough, no one was there. Not even for the other band. I got bitched out for 45 minutes by him and had to listen to him praise the other band for selling 40 tickets. YET NO ONE WAS THERE FOR EITHER BANDS. The club was empty the whole night, not one person. This is what happens when Mommy and Daddy buy 40 tickets.

But hey, as long as Surge sees you made your quota, he's happy.
