so i call and am told that they cannot help after being on hold for a while..and then i get transferred to a male who tells me that it's about exporting good and i end up getting trasnferred even though i say i have nothing to export...then after waiting on hold i get transferred again and he gives me the following number:
877-819-3355 in case i get disconnected...after waiting on hold...someone answers and then tells me it's not a credit card issue, i have funds (which i knew) but it's about exporting my goods, i tell him i'm not exporting anything and i need my order item by thursday night...and he tells me that he can't help me and i need to hang up and dial 1-800-915-3355 and i did and after waiting on line and being placed on hold i'm sent to an automated system who tells me its quicker to chat with someone online

what a frustrating experience can you help me or are we going to simply cancel my order. I'm at work and have wasted 90 minutes on the phone so far
