ok here's my review:

xNo Dicex - I've heard Rob Hennigan and Ryan's other bands before, and this is actually a really big departure. Awesome crossover (and it's really crossover) that sounds like early Slayer or Metallica. I really dug it and think they are a band that deserves more attention. A little loose at some points and out-of-tune at others but a great band to open.

The Taste Of Silver - Alex and Rowan had a blast, and i did too, but I think something was missing though I don't know what...Can't figure it out. I think I just couldn't hear the vocals, which is key to me. Thanks to EVERYONE that came, and thanks so much to Blue and Jessica for the kind words.

I also want to point out blue is the fucking man cause he was really supportive of all the bands and even went so far as to buy our merch and donate the RK money BACK to the Aviary (albeit like $3, but that's really a cool gesture). thanks b.

Raising Kubrick - this band challenges the technical proficiency of a lot of people who say they know how to play their instrument. I am now going to practice more after seeing this. I've been wanting to play with RK for a while and I hope I get to do it more often. Pete wears a Bobby Brown headset. Sarah (I think her name was) is wicked jovial and a really cool person.

Pray For A Plague - improved! Minus the bass player, this band is more powerful...I wonder whether they should get a new bassist or not. Kyle is a mad man. I really think bands need more energetic singers and Kyle (alongside, not to toot our own horn, Rowan -- also Kyle when he was doing Aganihm, and benny when we did MS) makes this clear. Alex has drumming skills to no end.

Shaniqua - best set. ever. no more to add to this. i am hoarse.

thanks again xo to all!
