now I prefer if people ask...but if they don't ask, then i would expect them to link to me or whatever...

and what sorta irks me is that i JUST posted them...and she takes them ALL...

so since Jared Leto fans go on that site..why go to myne?

tell her take them down unless she wants to ask for permission... It's like if I painted something and someone came in the house, made a copy, and put it in their house... it's stealing copywritten work.

Find out where she lives. Then we can dicuss money and the different options.

I agree with what Nate said, and if she doesn't comply, contact her webhost and tell them that she's stealing copyrighted material.

well she's not claiming it's hers...but it's funny how she added her logo to a lot of the photos...and i had to register to even view them..but once i did..i saw a bunch of comments about how amazing the pics were and saying nice things about the "Anonymous" photographer

your stuff says it it is copy written right on it using them without the express permission of you is in violation of that if she has altered you pic's you can sue her

maybe you need to put your logo accross the whole photo where it can't be cropped or covered over

that's what i did tried to do in the pic above so i put the logo in 2 places..

well her english is not very good...she did post all my pics but made them a little smaller and kept my logos on them..she went on about how much she loed my pics and that she would never try to steal them. i asked her to link to me and she said the logo is enough and she showed me where she thanks "succubus" in one spot, "defyunlearn" in another spot...

i think i will ask her to make those thank yous clickable and make them bring you to defyunlearn.com

she said that she didnt' want to upset me and that if i ask her to take them down, she will.
