aww shucks, Murph
PS axis pedals are lame...they're all speed and no power...why do you think most people who use em trigger
i got nothin but love for ya though, those mp3's are awesome
Murph is appropriately awaiting the arrival of his bass and snare triggers to go along with the tom triggers. Gonna go with the combo natural and lightly triggered sound I believe. so that should compensate a bit
I'm using heavier beaters, I'm not too sold on the ones that come with the pedal...and the tom triggers Im only going to use for shows where my toms wont be miked. I really like the ability to play with different sounds and dynamics.
Plus, I'm not much of a heavy hitter, seeing as I'm fairly frail and underfed. So, one must adjust accordingly.
but, as far as bass drum triggering goes, and the snare, Im messing with the setups in the module, because I grew up playing a lot of funk/R&B where the natural dynamics created with force really make the part.
though it may not seem, im all about the feel baby
i like to watch...

HAH
yea, i feel ya i use the big red beaters. Those are key. I'm a big boy so i hit fairly hard. no triggers for me just marginally tuned drums.
haha, i wonder if the guy who owns the club is gonna be like..."LETS GET READY TO HUMBLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLE....YOURSELF BEFORE CHRIST! WHATS WRONG, HAS EVERYONE TAKEN A VOW OF SILENCE? COME ON!"
murph your not allowed on rttp anymore, ever since you started posting my life has felt meaningless.
i agree that murph shouldnt be allowed to be seen or heard in any public social gathering, well, EVER, but the lets get ready to humble thing was pretty funny.
yeah, but the "let's get ready to humble" thing was a rip off.
why are your parents worried about you being 3 hours away? grow up.
they arent worried, i asked them how far away nashua was and they said 3 hours. then i got scared cus driving 3 hours away sucks especially when you have to work the next morning. aigh homey. dont make me kill shit.
I must say, last night was just a real good time with unbelievable bands. WOOS and LCTR just absolutely killed. Anyone who gets a chance to get out and see both of these bands, its time well fucking spent
