i'm mainly just a lurker... with connections . Basically the whole Wormphlegm contact happened because I'm friends with several Noise/PE acts(Massdirge, Ichorous,Ron/Emil from RRR and then this dude from Brazil haha) so they're all majorly into Drone and such and have the contact thru trading and such with them.... As far as who I am, well I'm out to shows from time to time in NH and MA, I'm sure everyone here has probably seen me at some point... hard to miss a 6' asian guy at an extreme metal show...
I love all sorts of real metal, Death, Black, Grind, Power, Doom, Traditional, and then experimental Jazz, Industrial, Noise and also Classical... but fuck Core and Punk

I'm really into Wormphlgm right now as well. I have set up a page for you with the lyrics and cover of the first demo, plus a link to a 192kbps mp3 of the demo. The demo is just one 32 minute song. It is 45MB. I took the bands main page and added what you need.

The demo is called "In an Excruciating Way Inhabited With Vermin and Pests and Violated by Executioners Who Practise Incendiarism and Desanctifying the Pious". I'm not sure from your post if you have this already. It seems like you don't, and its these lyrics that you are reading. If I'm wrong and you really have the lyrics to the Tomb of the Ancient King, let me know. I would love to have those.

i know nothing about this band. who would you say they resemble?

Hmmm ... they are funeral doom. I'd say a bit like Catacombs , but more dynamic. Or maybe Evoken, but a little dirtier in sound. I can put them in the ballpark, but it is hard to describe in comparison to other funeral doom bands. (or at least hard for me to describe)

cool. It was your funeral doom post, from like a month ago, that got me into a bunch of new bands. That's how I uncovered this.
