New site? Maybe some day.

The Body Farm is seeking a vocalist and bassist; the easiest way to describe our sound is experimental metal. We take influence from Arsis, Glass Casket, older Red Chord, Pig Destroyer, Psycroptic, Gorod, Spawn of Possession, Misery Index, Dying Fetus, Hypnosia, Destruction and many, many more.
Here are our requirements:
-Must have reliable transportation and gear.
-Must be able to contribute financially (rent, merchandise, recording, etc.).
-Must be energetic, powerful, creative and confident. Stage presence is a MUST!
-Must have a sense of humor, but maintain focus on the music.
-Must be able to practice 1 or 2 times a week; we practice Sundays and Wednesdays.
-No drunks, junkies, slampigs or drama queens.
We are located in the south shore area of Massachusetts, Whitman to be exact. We have a decent practice space that is easy to find and is located right across the street from the Whitman commuter rail T station. Unfortunately we do not have anything recorded yet, but plan on doing so in the near future.

Sick influences, sounds interesting. I would definitely like to find out what this sounds like. |
|
well, regardless of finding a bassist and/or vocalist, we'll still be recording a demo relatively soon, so you won't have to wait that long. |
|
When are you guys jamming next? I could probably stop by. |

can i do vocals via phone? |
|
haha, if worst comes to worse you may be the first phone-generated vocalist in metal. you're onto something mitch. |
|
actually, i think we should record and do vocals on my end of the phone, so it will actually be the first phone recorded guitars and drums. ill also do backup percussion via jazz hands and tap'n hot feet. My girlfriend, the vocalist of Abnormality, already playd me some song where this ass calls up and leaves a message on an answering machine for the vocal part.... |
|
haha...we're going to revolutionize music in its entirety. |
