What would you say the best kind are? I'm looking at a Peavey 5150 but it needs new tubes. I was looking at the MesaBoogie 6L6-STR 440's but not so sure if they would be best for a Peavy 5150. Anyone got any opinions?

I have Sovteks in my 5150 and I love the sound. Tight and fluid at the same time...

Which 5150 do you have? Blue will probably tell you everything you need to know on account of having a 5150 and knowing everything.
