I'm thinking of picking one up that is complete - except for Disc 1 is missing. I have it downloaded, so the cheap price would be worth it for everything else.

If anyone has it, what is the booklet like for the first disc. If it is a card with song titles, then i would not mind not having it. If it is an actual booklet with pages and info/photos etc, then I would be annoyed - even if it is a low price.

Could anyone that has it tell what you get with the first disc?

i have it, its pretty sweet. i haven't opened it in like 4 years, so if i remember correctly, it has a big booklet with info and photos and such, but it is worth it, especially if its cheap.

What about in the jewel case of the first disc? Is that a full booklet or just a card inside it. For example I have the Venom box set and it comes with a huge awesome booklet, and the cd jewel cases just have cards inserted.

oh man, i am having difficulty remembering, but i seem to recall that there weren't individual jewel cases, the spindles were built into the bottom of the box. if you can wait until like 8 tonight i can check when i get home from work.

i've been thinking of getting it. i guess it has songs from "vile" with chris barnes' original vocals, which is apparently the reason they kicked him out; so im curious as to how terrible they are

The box set is pretty awesome, the dvd it comes with is worth the price alone.

the CC guitar pick is nice touch too.

the first CC show is awesome. all the 'eaten back to life' songs with the worst vocals EVER.

The CDs come in jewel cases, I don't think the booklets have anything interesting in them, maybe song writing credits but thats it. The main book that comes with it has all the photos, bio, song credits, etc...
Personally I bought it just for the live footage and demo tracks - which is all I think really mattered in that set.

Worse than how Chris sings now in SFU? Haha, I actually thought the 1989 material sounded cool without the death growls, it was like Cannibal Corpse with Repulsion's singer.

yeah i just checked the box set, they come in individual jewel cases, and the inserts are just single pieces of heavy stock paper. pretty much exactly what you are looking for.

Cool, that's what I was hoping to hear. Thanks for letting me know.
