2400 oz = 400 6 oz servings = 400 x 175mg Caffeine = 70g of Caffeine
"A typical lethal dose of caffeine is 10 grams, although people have
survived up to 24g. A shot of espresso has (*between 40mg and 100mg, depending on a number of factors). So unless you have unusual tolerance, it ought to take a nice round 100 shots, or say 50
double cappucinos, to get to that big cafe in the sky."

Either way, me doubts the 100 cups of coffee as a
verbatim fact.
However, Caffeine is water soluble, and if your company is brewing less than the correct amount of grinds per serving, then it's possible that number-of-milligrams-per-cup could be cut significantly. Also, re-brewing and shitty insta-grinds have different amounts of caffeine, too, than real-deal fresh roasted and ground coffee.
