Since I got the Exodus album I just cant get over how those 2 play together. The solos and rhythm are fuckin crazy. Got me thinking who are the best. These are who I could think of. Add your own if you have others. And I'm not talking rhythm player and lead I'm talking sharing equal dutys here.

I can't choose. They're all so good.

i was tempted to pick dave and marty, or chuck schuldiner all by himself, considering he only played with murphy on one album and never really had a steady tandem going. for people who know me, my obvious pick would be akerfeldt/lindgren. i know a lot of people are sick of hearing about opeth, but it's hard to deny the quality musicianship and chemistry between those two guys. since we're talking favorite guitar tandems here and not best ever, i want to say that lately one of my favorite tandems is the two guitarists in my band. those guys have been sounding really good in practice. ha, i write full novels for posts.

Id say megadeth out of those choices, I was never a big fan especialy of dave mustains vocals, but my freind had me listen to one of their cds and the guitar work is amazing

iron maiden is good but their vocals are worse than megadeth's
