I was thinking about going to this, but i'm not sure I'd be getting my $10 worth. $1.11 per band seems a litttttle steep. Possible to get more bands added?

maybe some touring bands will come through we can add as headliners
i hear this venue will be fully expanded by the time this show goes down. hopefully the fact that people can actually set up their stuff inside will help improve timing. that and not having a ton of bands insist on using their own cabs might help cut down on time

I was convinced for a while that Evan doesn't own a cab.

haha, he does, but its a lot harder to bring it out to worcester
this will go perfectly to schedule, I don't know what you guys are talking about. We've already proven we can fit in a 10 minute song into one remaining minute of set time...
unfortunately Boarcorpse has had to drop off of this show so we are down to 8 bands instead of 9. looking forward to playing with them on the 3rd however!

I can sling a cab for those of you who are traveling a distance.. 4x12. 8ohms. 260w. Unless you feel like brining your own shit.
Im literally walking up the street to play this show, but still if i could use a cab that would be much appreciated. Mine is in the basement of a house in Lowell
we didnt make the flyer .. someone apparently did it as a favor and accidently left off the information. i'm guessing you would not undestand that because you are a perfect human being. its people like you that ruined this area's music scene for so long. go write a "powerviolence" album about it dickhead.
i will give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was because she was drunk and didn't intentionally football-kick me in the balls, but it was pretty obvious that it was on purpose. my right nut is swollen to twice it's normal size and it feels like there is broken glass in my abdomen. if it was because of the rape topic, fuck you, get off your high horse and get a fucking sense of humor. if it bothers you that much, go eat an eskimo pie or something and chill the fuck out.

I think I just threw up in my mouth.
Make sure it's not testicular torsion. Torsion is...well...bad.
Sorry to hear it dude. Bitches need to chill.

She's not a 'cuntbag' by any means. She happens to be a good friend of mine, albeit when she gets drunk she is known to cause a ruckus.. and as we all know, rape, or the topic thereof, seriously upsets some people- ESPECIALLY WOMEN (Who wudda thunk it?).
Now I'm not validating her testicle kicking by any means, and Tony I'm sorry about your nuts, I'm just chiming in and letting you know what I had to say. Meet her any other time and she's honestly one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
So, in closing:
She's not a cuntbag.
Sorry about your balls Tony.
Good show was good.

i was still half in the bag when i got home and kind of angry about the situation so i'll apologize for that commentary. still think that her behavior was obviously uncalled for and i'm sure Tony would appreciate an apology from her as well.

I'm still half in the bag. Never justified her actions. Tony is a big man, he can fight his own battles. He took it graciously I must say.

i wasnt fighting his battle for him. i should have said she should apologize to the band for jeopardizing our set and possibly our bands future by assualting our lead singer in such a manner. you can seriously hurt someone to the point of needing prolonged medical attention and with him and his asthma problems as of late that would set us back for a while. i'm gonna end my opinion of the situation here though because i dont wanna stir up a bunch of unnecessary shit. once again im not speaking on behalf of the band - just telling my point of view on the subject.
i understand that what i sing about is going to invoke strong emotions in people, i've already been confronted about it. i have no problem with that, if someone approaches me and is vocal, i can explain why we do what we do and maybe they'll see it for what it is. however i know not everyone is like that. my problem was that it was a cold-blooded thing to do, if she had connected the way she had intended i'm positive it would have caused permanent damage. i mean if it's that offensive then bust a bottle on my head or something, don't go for the balls. that's just brutal on a level you can't understand unless you have them. she had heavy-duty boots on too. anyways, i'm not that upset about it, i understand that alcohol, offensive topics, metal and strong opinions aren't a good mix, and i'm no stranger to people thinking what i do is stupid or wrong, but at least be an adult about it. i don't expect an apology or retribution or anything, just maybe a fair chance next time. it's pretty obvious i'm not advocating rape or that i'm a savage rapist. not to mention that it could have led to a big problem, the crowd didn't have my friends in it like the Worcester shows. not that i'm saying "my friends would have taken care of it" or anything, but if drunk people who i am good friends with had seen that they probably would have retaliated and it could have led a whole different world of bullshit.
long story short, i have no intentions of dragging it out into some big drama fest. the show was killer, i felt we did well despite that, Nachzehrer are all great guys and i don't want this to create a rift or anything, i look forward to future shows. just please tell that girl to cool it next time and throw poop at me or something.
she kicked you in the bag? WTF? Really? Why is she at a metal show in the first place? Does she even realize what EVERY METAL BAND sings about? Maybe it's not rape all the time, maybe it's mutilation, maybe it's serial killers, maybe it's kidnapping, maybe it's making paste our of processed abortions, whatever it is, it's USUALLY OFFENSIVE. For her to be at that show in the first place, you'd have to assume she would GET that metal bands sing about a LOT of over the top offensive stuff, and most of the time (the good bands anyways) don't take themselves so seriously, they sing about that stuff, but it's just an outlet, it's just art. Most of the metal guys I know are nicer and more caring than any dudes for other "subcultures", because they get most of their aggression out with their music. Tony is one of those guys. Tony is so nice.... so nice to EVERYONE, and she kicks him in the bag? That's fucking bullshit. And yes, she is a CUNT. I don't know her, i don't care to know her, I know she assaulted my friend with a CLEAR intent to injure because of what he's SINGING about on stage.
Tony seems to be dealing with it gracefully, but you know what? He shouldn't have to. If you don't understand metal, and you take everything these bands say seriously, than don't come to shows. You're obviously a stupid bitch who needs to be kept away from the adults.

Anyone that attacks my brethren will perish.
Mike, give me this cunts address so I can brutally murder her.
it's pretty obvious i'm ... advocating rape ... i'm a savage rapist. not to mention ... a big problem, ... my friends drunk ... with ... a whole different world of bullshit. i have ... intentions of dragging it out into some big drama fest. i felt ... a girl throw poop at me....
and another thing, if she was so mad about him SINGING about rape, why would she then turn around and try to injure his reproductive organs. Does anyone find that ironic? Kicking a dude in the nuts is funny on a tv show when it's an actor, but doing it in real life with boots on can make a man sterile, it can put him in so much pain he won't be able to walk for a week, and it can make him need surgery. (Torsion is NO joke) and why, because she was upset by his lyrics? This is fucking obscene. Who does that? Who's fucked up enough to try to permanently hurt someone because of offensive lyrics? No one was forcing her to listen to them, no one held her down and put headphones on her, she CHOSE to be there. And she reacts like that? arrgghhhr!!!
Obviously this girl has probably been raped before (I'm sure some of is know women that have been raped - it's a life changing experience).
Regardless, go to the doctor asap, sue club oasis, rake in the dough, and find out where she lives for me :-)
Yes, i understand that she probably was raped, and ya know what, that's a terrible thing, even to that cunt. But I have people that are close to me that have been raped to, and they don't attack bands for signing about it. It not excusable at all.
This thread will be 190 posts long (yet still shorter than my flaccid rapestick if one is to employ the Venetian Cartographers' rubric) by the day's end.
If a band offends you that much then maybe it's a good idea to stand outside or leave during their set. Kicking someone in the balls over it just makes everyone think your cause is for man-hating psychos.

all things considered, this was a great show. every band had a great set and the show didnt run too late. Tony, I'm impressed that you actually finished our set after all that bullshit. thanks to all the bands that played and all the people that came out despite the shitty weather!
probably a good thing i missed this. bitches best not be kicking my friends in the balls. i get a little protective. "a little" being a gentle way of putting it.

It has been reported to the Channel 5 News desk that this girl was actually "Hoser" in disguise. More at 11.
For the record, nachzehrer does not endorse ball kicking. Especially kicking tonys balls who I one day hope will get me pregnant. Hope the old jewels heal up well man.
nocuous were fucking ridiculously awesome. like revocation status awesome
Thanks alot bro! You guys killed it as well. Fucking stoked to play with you again thursday.
In amusing news, I left my backup guitar at the club and when I called there today about it I was called "sugar booger" by the cute sounding girl on the phone, my life rules.
