actually it makes no diff at all. We're doing the same setup as we did this past weekend for me-lady Jessica's party.. which was both drums sets set up at the same time. And since these four bands share so many members, we'll just keep all the equipment set up for the whole show. It worked like a dream on Saturday, can't wait to do it again. |

nope, if you're looking at the stage from where the people all stand, it's the part of the stage to the right of the riser. I like my drums set up sideways on the front corner of the stage anyways.. it helps with visual ques between members, it helps me hear my bands amps better, and it puts the drums just a little closer the the crowd, so when not micing, people can still hear there well.. (even though i hit, OH so lightly. ;) ) |

Spinny5 is absolutely playing. For realsies.... just so you know, Spinny5 was previously known as "Usaefulcompostofagonycorpse" and has played one show under that FALSE name.. and played only songs off of a certain record called "River Runs Red". |

Holliston to Allston on a saturday night won't take you more than an hour WITH traffic. It's not too far from where i grew up in Mefield. I actually think you could make it in 40 minutes (or 30 minutes in the middle of the night.) but accounting for traffic, say an hour at the most.... in which case, you could see the whole show...
oh, and Mike said he's fine with the lineup change... and i PREFER it. It means that i can get drunk as soon as Boarcorpse is off of the stage. (bass in spinny5 is totally doable drunk.... drums in Useful Idiot are NOT) |
