Bloodstock performance announced

Milan, Italy's Destrage recently put together an acoustic arrangement for "Where the Things Have No Colour" from "Are You Kidding Me? No.", the band's latest album released in 2014 on Metal Blade. The band captured the acoustic performance on video, complete with a string section! Destrage fans who watched their studio documentary will be familiar with Larsen Premoli's work, and this time around, he was responsible for the string trio arrangement for this song. The video was recorded at RecLab studios and can be seen now exclusively at metalhammer.com!

Destrage vocalist Paolo Colavolpe discusses the video and song: "Where The Things Have No Colour has a very personal meaning to us. This song talks about certain moments, it's hard to explain them but if you felt like this once in your life you will find the lyrics extremely familiar. We talked a lot about the possibility of making an acoustic version of one of our songs, and this felt like being the perfect occasion. Our biggest thanks goes to Larsen Premoli who arranged the strings trio and made this version possible. This video is dedicated to all the people and friends involved in our project, who always support us during tours, recording sessions, video making, bullshits and everything that concerns the band universe. You know who you are. We hope you're going to enjoy this version, even if it sounds a bit different from our standards. We wish you all an amazing 2015!"

In other news, Destrage will be returning to the UK for the Bloodstock Festival! The festival is at Catton Park in Derbyshire, UK from August 6-9. Destrage will be performing on the 9th along with Cannibal Corpse, Ensiferum, Rob Zombie, Sepultura, and more! For more info, the full lineup, and tickets, visit: bloodstock.uk.com

Destrage comments on the performance: "England! We're going to meet you again this summer at Bloodstock Festival. We really can't wait to kid you live while sharing the stage with such great bands! Be ready."
