of course, the summit one is all ages and cheaper...still it sucks that people have to choose between these two shows cause they're both really good. |

it's not a financial thing.
it's that the summit is now starting to be more serious about doing good shows and if no one shows up at the 14th, they'll probably just stick to doing pop punk, emo, and acoustic shows.
it's more a logistical thing than anything else. |

still, I understand the angle...everyone wants to be able to play and I certainly wouldn't have been able to fit all these bands one one bill, so it's simply a matter of probability that something like that would happen.

I understand where you're coming from...the last show we played at Milly's in Manchester....we drew 125 people.....I'll bet it would have been more if the Hellfest and the Mayhem Convention weren't going on that same night.

that millys show was great, the most people ive ever seen at a small metal show, i.e. not the paladium or whatever. hands down. Milly's said they'd have everyone back right? can you imagine the amount of money they earned on the bar. I alone spent at least a hundred bucks on drinks like 5 for me and then bands and such. DO IT AGAIN |
