Before noon yesterday. I had 4hrs to kill before I had to be at my airbnb. Ended up taking 100lbs of luggage for a 4hr walk from LAX to Playa del Rey and then up to some ecological park. I got to get my feet wet in the Pacific though. $35 Uber to my place that turned out to be in the middle of Skid Row. So many camps up and down the streets here.
Met a puppy named Morty. Watched sunset on the roof of my building. I needed food because I only had a bagel all day so I headed up to Little Tokyo and walked around looking for something that I could eat. It took me forever. All the places that google sent me too were closed. Ended up getting food and getting back after 8pm when the homeless camps were LIT.
