Thanks for stating the obvious.
I mentioned it cause I had the OPD calling me about a picture posted in this thread taken down. they also threaten going through legal channels to remove it. Then, amazingly, a picture that I took ends up on their site.

I'm not going to ask them to take it down cause I support Joey and he appreciates the pictures I took of him while he was singing for IDN. I'm also happy that he would choose a picture that I took for his avatar.. even if I don't like that site.
