raising kubrick: they played a really short set for all the time that they had to play. they also didn't really move around all that much on the stage. I'm assuming that they were scared of the mummies.

watch them dir: wow, what an incredibly weird band to see live. I saw them at NJMHF 2003 and they weren't that good on the main stage. thir new CD is a lot more old school thrash than the last CD. They also left out the weird monotone, mike patton type computer talking vocals even though there were 3 mics up on stage. they even left them out of the old songs. that was unfortunate. the singer gets into a zone on stage and points/flexes/gestures with a blind eye.

into the moat: they were missing their bass player. this was the worst that I've heard them sound in the 3 or 4 times I've seen them. At metalfest, they were on point with everything. here, it wasn't. they played all tracks that I knew, but it was had to pick them out some times.

a perfect murder: the new CD sounds like they swallowed a clutch CD. I remember back a year ago when they were a hardcore band. they still played old songs, but they sounded a lot more rocky. they ended with time bomb. maybe people same along. at one point, the singer was up on the bar, but that didn't last for long.

soilent green: I swear, ben could front any band and they would rule, even etallica. he does the same exact live vocals on the stage with goatwhore and SG no matter what the CDs sound like. If you have yet to pick up the mew soilent green, the vocals are more "rocky" and from the limited ammount that I've listened too, there aren't many stoner parts. they would have played another songs at the end, but people weren't really moving around for them "I'm moving around more and I'm a cripple"
