molested sense cancelled. though I did see terence of ascendancy and he was drinking. I'm still in shock.
the turn out for this show was killer (especially with no national headliner). A lot of "regulars" that I've started to see turning up at the bs.

5 minutes hate: their sound was so much better than the should a few nights ago. Man, can their drummer blast (I think I even saw him staying for all the bands too). This being basically the second show for the new singer, he did much better and sounded much better than the o'briens show.

diatribal revenge: I had never heard these guys before. for some reason, I thought they were tuff guy hardcore. they definitely weren't. they were very metal with some talk-ish singing parts that actually didn't sound like most bands.

the slow decay of time: never even heard of these guys before. I guess it's cause they usually play the bombshelter with new metal bands. They are looking to hit exit 23 or other places. The singer looked a lot like TYAG's singer, devon, when he came out. He even started off with a gurgle that sounded a bit like older TYAG, but they diverged from that and played a great set. nh grinding death metal.

shroud of bereavement: had to use senseless's drum kit cause their drummer likes the patriots. joe (their old 2nd guitarist and ex drummer for december wolves) filled in on drums. he was pretty spot on for all the songs though. I was really impressed. they also had a new guy on keys. I think it was Doc on a triton LE. he only played one song and just followed a long on strings with the rhythm of the piano.

senseless mutilation: great as always. Straight up NH death metal. they didn't play stripped raped and strangled, but it was getting so late anyhow.

leukorrhea: they played a brief set cause it was so late. it sounded really good. glad they go to play even it is was late.
