No, it's not -- ACORN is a significant part of Obama's experience in which he claims leadership credit, meaning he agreed wholeheartedly with its mission and activities. He was down with the plan; others are outsiders.

If he were just a janitor, sure, we wouldn't blame him. But he profited from helping ACORN accomplish its goal and clearly agrees with its methods.
