Dour Cursiva is finally hitting the studio. We are scheduled to record nov. 1 and nov. 2 at machines with magnets in east providence,ri and hopefully mastered shortly after. We will be recording 3 songs that should be released on a split around december plus we will be handing out a free song at shows.
We've been dying to record this new stuff since we've gotten it together, we think it shows our direction more accurately than the EP we put out earlier this year.

I'll be sure to post some tracks once I've got them.

I guess the plan is to have it be packed in length...15 minutes per band...we just happen to average about 5 min. per song.

I once got something done at M-works and I had mixed feelings about the results...it was also $100/hr for them to do it.

But they did The Inalieable Dreamless or whatever from DA, as well as Nirvana's Bleach, so what the fuck do I know.

Either way they ain't a fly-by night operation.

we master on sunday and hopefully print up inserts and copies within the next week

apparently we're not getting our stuff mastered at M-works anymore...Mike from MwM suggested something else due to the overpricedness of M-Works...I don't remember what....someone in our band was listening enough to get that though.

first day went well...just have to get the screamin' kids in and mix and all that
