Yeah im doing that now. My xbox is already fucked up the laser is weak, I can bearly play a game. I know how to do it (I've read a lot on the internet about it) and I've played a couple modded boxes, they seem to be alright.

I modded my shit go to the xecuter site, thats how it's spelt too all numetal and stuff. It's really easy but i wouldnt want to be the one breaking someone elses box. I can play any game that xbox has ever come out with and any game from arcades to n64

If your box is already broken, and you have a new XBOX 360 so you don't care, then fuck it, mod that shit.

Then again, XBOX 360 isn't fully backwards compatibible yet, so many of your old XBOX games are fucked. They should have them all ready, say, 5 years from now.

I heard you can mod your xbox360 without a chip...like the PSP you just to upload some software and its done.

i would not bother modded an broken xbox. my brother-in-law has a modded xbox, 2 actually from different modders. They are insane. He has loaded onto them every game from every system, (expect one system can't think of it now).
