aes dana and kampfar are all I really got exposed to

Kampfar is good never heard Aes Dana though.Any good? I'm always seeking new trollish/folk/pagan type stuff.
Arckanum is one of my favorites although there is no use of folk instruments and female or clean male vocals which I think really defines Troll Metal none the less Arckanum has the trollish melancholy and minimalism I hold so dear.

The newer Falkenbach album has some pretty trollish bm songs on it and the usual viking stuff. Good shit.

Never really gave Drudkh a listen.

Actually I just listened to a few German folk/black/pagan bands today, XIV Dark Centuries and Hel. Both pretty good if you like that stuff.

Oh, and Aes Dana is alright. Nothing amazing. They sound similar to a few other bands from that region (they actually all share members).

Yes, yes, oh lawdy, yes. I've only got so much stuff (due to my brokeitude), but old Ulver, Arckanum, Troll (gee, go figure), Otyg, and of course Finntroll all have permanent slots on my playlist. And Mortiis gets an honorable mention - it's not exactly trollish, but he IS a fucking troll, so he gets a free pass.
