I hate Christianity. I try to pretend I don't, and I try to be tolerant of Christians (and I think I am), but damn I hate it.

There's a difference between reaching out to people and then completely belittling them to get the message across. I hate people like this. They do no good but make them seem more self-righteous and pompous. They will harshly be shown their own sin.

I watched the entire three part Way of the Master thing on youtube with Kirk Cameron guy that claimed to prove the existence of God. Prove. It took a half hour to basically say "Dude, flowers and shit are way organized, and like, your eyeball is crazy and perfect. You think that shit just happened by chance? Pfffft." Even if that was proof that there's a God, I fucking hate Kirk Cameron and every other christian that tries to say that it's also proof that their god is the real deal.

Imagine if people relinquished responsibility more often to God. Nothing would get done, and the clergy (for all faiths) would have all the relevant knowledge. However, to use the term "greater," is to have a set standard of measurement, and then the ability to move higher or lower than said standard. Therefore, to be "greater than human" is to know what the equivalency of a single human or collective of humans is. Impossible unless monetarily speaking, which I'm quite sure is irreprehensible in all dogmatic circles. Therefore, you're not independent, nor correct in assuming something is greater than you (or anyone else).

Also, I'd like to talk to Kirk Cameron one day and explain to him 50 million reasons why he should spend his money and spread his message on something other than Jesus, because the historical and true Jesus is light years away from the faith-created Jesus. People paint this idllyic picture of the landscape and climate which the historical Jesus lived, and complete disregard the fact he lived in Messianic times, surround by Messianic sects, and that his religion, Judaism, has been since the time of David, completely Messianic. The anti-Roman political activity going on at that time was as heightened as any we could imagine in present-day. Religion was about assimilation and survival, not dogma. These were means to an end, of both humanistic and divine significance. To view those times as any more spiritually important than any other point of history, and to place so much stock in a failed Messianic figure, is to throw away your fucking life. But, that's your choice, good luck with it.

And if that guy on that myspace who went to Hell is so full of shit I'm surprised he can walk.
