Bought this today at Bullmoose. Haven't listened to it yet. What should I be expecting?

awesomeness. It's a lot different from the first disc. This one is a hell lot more melodic.

I know who Jesu are but I feel like an ignorant butthole when I ask: What exact kind of music are they? I think I'm correct in saying that one of the dudes is from Godflesh.

It's kinda hard to describe. It's quite droney but includes a lot of industrial (no, not that industrial) sounds and has all clean vocals. I love them.

holy balls, i can't believe this slipped my mind. i just bought it yesterday, fucking awesome. its like a ST/Silver crossbreed, with some hints of Godflesh's "Hymns" in certain parts. every track iss awesome, but the ones that stand out are Transfigure, Weightless & Horizontal, and Brighteyes. Justin Broadrick never ceases to amaze.

the sundown/sunrise bonus jap tracks are perhaps as good as or better than the album itself. i'll post a link to those when i'm not lazy.

on a sidenote, i saw jesu in nyc last year. made my prick hard.

damn you Mr. Goat. i was screwed out of every chance to see him in action, Godflesh and Jesu. i would give anything to see Godflesh reform and tour. ooooooh boy.
