man I just roasted some really good vegetables, anyone ever done that?

i took sweet potatoes, beets, parsnips, turnips, and onions and covered em with olive oil and sea salt, pre heated the oven to 425 and let them go for like 25 minutes.

I made the most obscene lamb stew last night. I threw in some yams, radishes, onions, celery, garlic and I seasoned it with rosemary and sage among some other crap. It fucing killed.

Although my lamb stew is fucking priceless the best stew I ever had was made by my late grandma. She made this venison stew that crocked pretty much all day while I was out shooting that was unfuckingreal.

next time stir fry them in a pan with olive oil, garlic, red wine, and oregano...or soy sauce, garlic, and balsamic vinagar.....the shit!!!
