Finally got my power amp in yesterday. It's a QSC RMX1450, capable of 900 watts at 8 ohms bridged mono. Buying an 8 space rack case off of some guy from craigslist (bought a tuner off him but it doesn't work, so trading it back with some extra money). Then my rig will be so close to complete.

What do you guys all have currently for a full rig? I mean guitars, amps, effects, etc? Everything there.

My rig:

ESP C-304 bass
Ampeg SVT3-PRO head
QSC RMX1450 Power amp
Rackrider Dual 15-band graphic eq
Furman power condition w/ lights
Ampeg BSE410HLF cab
Basson B410 cab
Boss bass limiter enhancer pedal

I'm gonna be using the Ampeg preamp output into the power amp, and use that to power the Basson, and then I'm going to keep using the Ampeg's speaker output into the Ampeg cab. I talked to one of Ampeg's techs and they said that should work fine, so I'm gonna go for it. I'm also gonna be getting a tuner that works soon, and either a DBX compressor/limiter or a bigger graphic eq (31 band).

What do all got?

I know jack about gear, so your guess is as good as mine. Come to think of it:

Would I get any benefit out of this? Currently I'm running a 400W GK bass head into two 15" cabs. I've got a Crown power amp (350W mono). Would it make sense to direct out of the GK into this, and run one cab from the GK power amp, one from the Crown?

And why does it burn when I pee?

i hardly ever use the same bass rig twice... not for any other reason besides the fact that i have 4 cabs, and they're spread out across MA in random apartments and practice spaces... but when we record the full length my setup will be close to this:
Bass (Fender Jazz/Ibanez 6 string - RFX A/B/Y -
A (right) pedalboard - Ampeg SVT450 - Ampeg 8x10
B (left) Budda Phatbass - Ampeg B2R - Acoustic 105 1x15- EV 1x15X
it's a stereo setup... 2 15's on one side, 8 10's on the other.
my pedal board will probably have:
Boss DD-20 giga delay, Foxx Tone Master Fuzz, Ashdown Octave, SansAmp Bass Driver DI, Budda Phatman, Boss Loop Station, Digitech Whammy IV
All that runs in a Righteous Tones true bypass effect loop.
I hope the barn doesn't fall down.
