I can't believe this is on the local news. As far as I know all the "online" information is from 1 site that was made after a 13 year old retard tried it on a dare (and was later found a fake) .

Haha, I saw this on a documentary a few years ago. I think in India, or some backwards country the poor kids do this all the time. Huffing ass waste.
