exactly what it is.
it's like when you press your face up to a mesh window and look out you don't really see the mesh, but you can focus on it if you want.
it's just the camera being focused so far out that the bug appears transparent.

Then again now that I watch the video, it could go either way in my opinion. Could be a moth, but then again it had the shadow from the light in the other hallway so it could be a ghost.
